Job summary

Radis Community Care in Leominster is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support people with mild learning disabilities in our Supported Living Service. The role blends line management with frontline care, coordinating a small team to deliver person-centred support and maintain high care standards.

You will lead activities across health care, personal care, meal preparation and daily tasks, while helping individuals stay connected with family and community, promoting independence and choice.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting learning disabled adults is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate a care team with care quality at the forefront.
• Willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the service and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management and supervision to the support team.
• Coordinate record keeping, administration and safeguarding tasks.
• Support with health care, personal care, meal preparation and household tasks.
