Job summary

Sense Scotland in Dundee is seeking caring Support Workers to help people live independently in their own homes. You will provide practical support, assist with daily tasks and accompany individuals to activities in the community. Training is provided and you’ll join a supportive team.

Shifts are flexible with full-time and part-time opportunities. You’ll work to empower people to lead fulfilling lives in a person-centred way within our Dundee services.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and person centred support to people in their own tenancies.

• Work closely with families and professionals to ensure high quality care.
• Maintain accurate daily records and contribute to support planning.
