- Team Leader Support Worker Opportunity - £18.50-£19.50
Location: Plymouth
Shift Pattern: Day Shift 2x 9am-9pm plus 12 hours shift as a Team Leader.

You'll play an important role in helping him with day-to-day activities, building his independence, offering companionship, and driving him to his appointments. Our client enjoys going to the gym and playing football.
What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting our client in the community
- Ensuring our client feels safe at home
- Assisting our client to live as independently
- Working closely with the team and Case manager
- Building a strong relationship with our client
- Ensuring smooth running of the package
- Completing rotas
- Mileage forms
- Attending Multidisciplinary Team meetings
What We're Looking For:- Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Previous leadership experience in care settings
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
