This is a Team Leader Support Worker opportunity with Libertatem Healthcare Group, a provider of care and support services for clients with personal injuries or medical negligence. The role is based in Plymouth and involves supporting a client with a brain injury, ensuring their safety and independence, and building a strong relationship with them.

Main duties of the job

As a Team Leader Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our client in the community, ensuring their safety at home, and assisting them to live as independently as possible. You will work closely with the team and case manager, building a strong relationship with the client. Your duties will include completing rotas, mileage forms, and attending multidisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, a full UK driving license, and access to your own vehicle. Previous leadership experience in care settings and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care are also required.
