Job summary

Horticulture Jobs in North London is seeking a team leader/head gardener for a static site. The role requires at least 5 years' experience, Level 2 (ideally Level 3) horticulture qualification, and strong maintenance skills.

You will manage a small team of 3–4 staff daily, with a focus on quality maintenance and effective communication. Immediate start available, with a 6-month probation and a salary of £30,000–£35,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of garden management experience.
• Qualification Level 2 and ideally Level 3 in horticulture.
• Strong horticultural maintenance skills and plant knowledge.
• Good communication and team management of 3–4 staff daily.
• Role based at a static site PA1 & PA6 with minimal travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small gardening team on a daily basis.
• Maintain high standards of horticultural care on site.
• Communicate effectively with site stakeholders and staff.
• Oversee PA1 & PA6 static site practices and safety.

We are looking for:

This role is immediate start with a 6 month probation.

Static site (low travel) £30-35k per annum depending on experience.
