Job summary

Fresh Horticultural Careers in North London is seeking a Team Leader for a static site. The role involves leading a small team of 3–4 staff, ensuring high-quality horticultural maintenance and site operations on a permanent basis.

The role requires extensive horticultural experience, strong communication, and PA1/PA6 qualifications, with an immediate start and a 6-month probation. Salary is £30k–£35k with 28 days leave including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years horticultural experience.
• Qualification Level 2 (ideally Level 3).
• Good horticultural maintenance skill set.
• Good communication.
• Ability to manage a team of 3-4 staff daily.
• Static site experience.
• PA1 & PA6 certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff on a static site.
• Oversee daily horticultural maintenance and site tasks.
• Coordinate with senior management on project needs and priorities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed on site.
