Job description

Supervisor - coffee shop and bars in Southampton area

Pay Rate: From 1st April rate of pay is £13.30 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.80 per hour. We offer additional service charge.

Shift pattern: Full Time (40 hours), scheduled between 3:00 am and 11 pm, including weekends.

  • Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

  • Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
