Cover supervisors will work in an outstanding school in Southampton. The school seeks candidates with secondary school experience or those looking to progress into a teaching career, including graduates interested in working in a school environment.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will cover a range of lessons during the school day and be responsible for delivering pre-planned work while maintaining a good level of behavior within the classroom.
You will join a dedicated team of Cover Supervisors who display strengths in different areas of the curriculum, allowing you to focus your cover (where possible) around your subject area strengths or interests. A flexible, friendly, and proactive manner will enable you to be highly successful. Of paramount importance is the ability to have a caring and passionate approach, focused on giving students the best possible chance of success.
