Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to oversee frontline services in Perth. You will lead front line staff, manage rotas, and ensure high standards of person-centered support.

You must be a driver with a UK license, and you will liaise with families, Social Work Services, and external agencies while maintaining SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards. We offer generous leave, training, and benefits as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in social care.
• Ability to coach and supervise staff and plan training.
• Experience writing or coordinating support plans.
• Strong rota planning and budgeting awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring frontline staff with regular supervision.
• Produce monthly rotas and manage hours, holidays and cover.
• Develop staff to produce accurate support plans.
• Cover on-call shifts as needed.
