Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior professional to lead and develop our residential conveyancing team, while handling a personal caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.

You will build strong relationships with clients and introducers, help win new work, and ensure compliance and consistency across the team in a fast-growing regional practice.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a busy residential conveyancing team.
• Experience managing people.
• Comfortable with case management systems and able to work with little supervision.
• Good organisation, compliance and business development skills.
• If not yet qualified, a willingness to work towards CLC or SQE qualification.

The role

You will lead, manage and develop a growing residential conveyancing team while running your own files. Work covers sales and purchases (including leasehold and new build), remortgages, equity release and transfers of equity. You will also build relationships with clients and introducers and help win new work.
