We are seeking an experienced Residential Team Leader to join our services in Carlisle. North Lakes Children’s Services provides therapeutic residential care and education for boys aged [age range]. Our aim is to enhance resilience, self-esteem, and skills of young people.
The Team Leader's role involves creating a caring, therapeutic, and educational environment, applying high standards of care and support, and addressing the social, emotional, behavioral, mental health, and learning needs of young people.
As a Therapeutic Residential Team Leader, qualities such as decisiveness, attunement, and consistency are essential. We welcome applications from individuals eager to deepen their therapeutic care knowledge, especially in utilizing the PACE model and Therapeutic Parenting approaches.
