Job summary

Capability Scotland in Elderslie is seeking a Team Leader to line-manage our Support Workers in a busy residential service. You will coordinate and supervise to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care. The role includes hands‑on duties such as medication administration and personal care, plus coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and supervise a team of support staff delivering a high standard of social care using a person-centred approach.
• Occasionally work on the floor delivering direct care including medication administration, personal care and moving and assisting.
• Coach, monitor, mentor and develop the skill base within the staff team through leadership, role modelling and communication.
