Choice Care Group is seeking a Team Leader for our residential care setting in Burghfield. You will lead a team of social care workers, ensuring high-quality care and reporting to senior staff.

Experience in the care sector and a willingness to learn are essential; you will guide staff, support residents, and coordinate activities and daily living tasks within the home. The role involves shift work, weekends on a rota, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Taking the lead with supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential care environment.
• Supervising a team and assisting with the overall management of the home.
• Liaising with managers and other shift leaders.
• Executing tasks in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Supervising mealtimes with residents to encourage a positive attitude towards food and dining.
• Assisting residents in daily activities both in and away from the home.
• Using initiative to support residents during activities and day-to-day tasks.
