Choice Care is seeking a Team Leader at Elliott House in Fleet to supervise and guide a team of social care workers, ensuring high-quality care and safe, supportive living for residents. The role involves leading by example, liaising with seniors, and coordinating daily activities and routines within a residential setting.

The successful candidate will have care-sector experience, a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector and willingness to learn and expand knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead with supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
• Supervising a team and assisting with the overall management of the home.
• Liaising with managers and other shift leaders.
• Executing tasks professionally, timely and accurately.
• Supervising and sharing mealtimes with residents to encourage a positive attitude towards food and dining.
• Assisting residents in daily activities both in and out of the home.
• Using initiative to support residents during activities and day-to-day tasks.
