The role involves shift work including weekends on a rota, with opportunities for professional development and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the care sector.
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
• Ability to lead a team and liaise with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead with supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
• Supervise a team and assist with overall home management.
• Liaise with managers and other shift leaders.
• Execute tasks professionally, timely and accurately.
• Supervise meals and support residents during dining.
• Assist residents in daily activities inside and outside the home.
• Use initiative to support residents in activities and day-to-day tasks.
