What you will do as a Team Leader

• Sets up and carries out training of all staff at all levels, under the guidance of the Manager.
• Assists in administration work as required by the Manager
• Conducts pre-shift briefings and maintains liaison with The Head Chef.
• Ensures restaurant grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
• Creating scheduling/holidays/days off for team members including leaders.
• Customers service focus training.
