TES Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for our Ballykelly Data Centre campus to drive performance and maintain quality in a fast-paced production environment.

You will lead a multi-disciplined team of mechanical, electrical, and assembly staff, coordinating daily workloads to hit targets while upholding safety and quality standards. A 4-day week is among the benefits you can expect.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, assembly and/or high-volume environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of mechanical, electrical and operative assembly staff.
• Coordinate daily workloads to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
• Liaise with supervisors, engineering, and planning teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
