TES Power is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for our Ballykelly Data Centre campus, leading a mechanical, electrical and assembly team in a busy production environment. You will drive performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of power infrastructure solutions.

Qualificações

• 1+ years experience in a team leader or supervisory role within manufacturing or engineering.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, assembly or high-volume environments is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Desirable: experience in switchgear, power systems, or data centre infrastructure.
• Desirable: Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
• Desirable: Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship.

Due to the continued growth and expansion, we are seeking motivated and experienced Team Leaders to support our daily operations within our production environment at our Data Centre campus in Ballykelly.
