Job summary

TES Power is seeking a Mechanical Fitter for our Ballykelly Data Centre Campus. This hands-on role focuses on assembling and installing mechanical components within power and switchgear systems to support critical infrastructure projects.

Requirements include 3 years of experience, ability to read drawings, and strong practical skills with mechanical tools. Desirable familiarity with switchgear and safety regulations. 4-day week with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as Mechanical Fitter or Assembly Technician.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong practical skills with mechanical tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical assembly of switchgear and power equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Install mechanical components including frames, panels, enclosures.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
