Job summary

Flaming Grill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure high standards and keep customers happy. You’ll lead by example, deputise for management, organise the team, and maintain safety and cleanliness on shift.

We value strong service, attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude. You’ll work in a lively pub environment with a focus on welcoming guests and delivering a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• A strong leader who can manage a busy shift and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a warm welcome for guests.
• Ability to think on feet and adapt to changing situations on shift.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
