About Off Track Inspection: You will manage a team responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing land alongside the track network, including vegetation management, drainage, and ancillary structures.
Role Responsibilities (External): Direct, organize, and motivate a high-performing team. Oversee inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal tasks, ensuring safety and high standards. Establish safety arrangements, ensure compliance of assets and equipment, and compile reports.
This role involves working days, nights, and weekends, and is safety-critical, requiring drug and alcohol testing and medical assessment clearance.
