Job summary

St Edmunds in Attleborough is seeking a Care Team Leader to join Norse Care. This part-time role averages 23.5 hours per week with night shift premium of £15.75 and enhancements, plus a paid sickness scheme.

You will lead staff, supervise day-to-day care, build relationships with home managers and health and social care professionals, and champion person-centred care while helping residents maintain independence. Funded training awaits.

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
