  • Provide line management to a designated team within a specific location or group of locations within the division.
  • Undertake reasonable travel to fulfill role responsibilities, including supporting other locations within the division.
  • Set and communicate high standards of care and professional conduct within the team.
  • Lead and support compliance with Brainkind quality audits.
  • Support health and safety duties as appropriate.
  • Contribute information for the accurate notification of incidents, accidents, and safeguarding issues.
  • Represent Brainkind at meetings, seminars, and external events as appropriate.
Main duties will include:
  1. Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation.
  2. Manage a designated team within a specific location or division.
  3. Travel as needed to support various locations within the division.
  4. Maintain high standards of care and professional conduct within the team.
  5. Ensure compliance with quality standards through audits.
  6. Participate in health and safety duties.
  7. Report incidents, accidents, and safeguarding concerns accurately.
  8. Represent Brainkind externally at meetings and events.
About You:

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
  • Experience in a care/support environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation related to care standards, health and safety, and food hygiene.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize workload.
