In this role, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, providing a seamless educational experience for students and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.
You will have the flexibility to choose your assignments on a full-time or part-time basis, working across multiple schools that cater to Welsh-speaking students. What We’re Looking For:
To be a Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor with Equal Education Partners, you must:
Be fluent in Welsh (essential) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing for us to process a new one
Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and experience of working with children, ideally in secondary school setting
Be committed to safeguarding and supporting the well-being of children
