Oakland Care Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Lifestyles Team Leader to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents at our Lambwood Heights home in Chigwell. You will lead, coordinate and inspire the Lifestyles Team to provide person-centred experiences that reflect each resident’s life stories and abilities.

We are looking for an inspiring Lifestyles Team Leader to join our growing care home family and lead the planning and delivery of meaningful, engaging activities for our residents.

About the role

will play a pivotal role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will lead and coordinate the Lifestyles Team, ensuring a varied and person-centred programme that reflects residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories. Location: Lambwood Heights, 244 Lambourne Road, Chigwell IG7 6HX

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £15 per hour

Contract: Full time

Shift: Days (Includes some weekends)

• Encouraging active participation and creating inclusive, engaging experiences.
• Coordinating tasks and supporting the Lifestyles Team.
• Ensuring a varied and stimulating programme of daily events.
• Working closely with care staff and family members to truly understand each resident’s background, interests, and life experiences.
• Sharing best practice and encouraging all staff to take an active role in residents’ activities.
