Job summary

Harri is seeking a Lifestyles Team Leader to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents at our Lambwood Heights care home in Chigwell. You will lead the Lifestyles Team, shaping a person-centred activities programme that reflects residents’ interests and life stories.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with daytime shifts, some weekend work, and a competitive hourly rate of £15. You’ll work closely with care staff to enhance residents’ wellbeing.

About the role

As Lifestyles Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will lead and coordinate the Lifestyles Team, ensuring a varied and person-centred programme that reflects residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories. • Coordinating tasks and supporting the Lifestyles Team.
• Ensuring a varied and stimulating programme of daily events.
• Working closely with care staff and family members to truly understand each resident’s background, interests, and life experiences.
• Sharing best practice and encouraging all staff to take an active role in residents’ activities.
