If you’re looking for a career where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, then this may be the job for you.
Salary : £12.79 - £13.09 per hour
Consensus is a certified Great Place to Work and here’s just a small selection of the benefits you’ll enjoy:
Your Role
Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. A career with meaning, you’ll also have a lot of fun, too – from helping with daily tasks to amazing trips that make dreams come true.
Your Service
Deansbrook is a relaxed, peaceful home in the Essex Countryside surrounded by nature – people living here love to enjoy the calm setting and can often be found gardening, birdwatching or taking a peaceful walk in the local area. This unique residential service offers shared communal spaces for people to gain independence and be supported to learn daily living skills and home management, but with larger communal spaces for activities and socialising.
Next Steps
We welcome applications from all backgrounds. You will already have experience in the social care sector or NHS or may be looking for your next step (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant). As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people – then we’re here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed.
