At Shaw Trust we believe everyone has the right to live a decent and dignified life and an opportunity for rewarding work. We are a social purpose organisation challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to enable social mobility.

Lead a high-performing team that changes lives through employment. As an IPS Team Leader, you’ll provide leadership, coaching and support to a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring they deliver exceptional outcomes for people with mental health support needs who are seeking sustainable employment.
You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, providing training, mentoring, supervision and performance management whilst fostering a positive, collaborative and results-focused culture. Working alongside your team, you'll ensure contractual targets are achieved, including referrals, engagement, job outcomes and fidelity standards.
Building strong partnerships will be central to your success. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, community organisations and other key stakeholders to ensure the service is fully embedded within local communities and delivers maximum impact for participants.
Supporting the Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of the performance and quality of your designated area, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement and quickly address any areas of underperformance. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across Shaw Trust's wider IPS network, sharing best practice and contributing to the ongoing success of the service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader who is passionate about helping people overcome barriers, developing high-performing teams and delivering meaningful results that make a lasting difference to people's lives and communities.
