Stonegate Group's Ferry Boat Inn in London is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide daily operations, support management, and help uphold standards.

You’ll foster a welcoming atmosphere, train staff, and contribute to a supportive workplace. The Ferry Boat Inn is a traditional local pub, part of Stonegate's family of venues, offering great food and drinks and community events.

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Ferry Boat Inn. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

The Ferry Boat is a traditional local pub at the heart of the Tottenham community.
