Job summary

Stonegate Group - Beech Inn is seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to drive guest satisfaction and team performance at a popular Manchester-area venue. You will lead front-of-house staff, collaborate with management to realise the venue’s vision, and ensure smooth operations across shifts.

The role requires 18+ and a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport, with an emphasis on creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality.
• Able to motivate staff and deliver guest experiences.
• Must be 18+ due to alcohol service.
