Job summary

Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a Team Leader at Ferry Boat Inn in London to inspire and coach the team, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and smooth service flow.

You will help guide daily operations, support management in delivering the venue's vision, and uphold high standards of hygiene and compliance while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. 18+ required due to alcohol sales, with opportunities for development.

• Ability to coach and develop staff to deliver consistent service.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Ferry Boat Inn. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
