Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in Halifax. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers opportunities for career progression and a range of benefits as part of our well-established Supported Living Services.

You will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and support recruitment and staff development, with strong communication to colleagues, service users and external professionals.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Ambitious Support Workers or Care Assistants with a desire to progress—we’ll support growth with training and development
