Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support our Service Manager in overseeing our Supported Living Service in Grimsby. This full-time role (37.5 hours) includes on-call duties and a strong focus on delivering person-centred care.

You will Lead a team of Support Workers, drive staff development, and work closely with colleagues and external professionals to maintain high standards of care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Ambitious candidate with a track record and a desire to progress; training and development provided.
