Job summary

Lifeways in Halifax is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager in overseeing our Supported Living services. This role offers opportunities for career progression within a supportive organisation that values development.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, deliver person-centred care, assist with recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate digital records in a busy, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with an NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Willingness to train and develop – we support growth with training and development.
