Job summary

Lifeways Halifax is seeking a Care Team Leader to support the Service Manager and oversee our Supported Living services.

You will lead a team of care workers, deliver high quality, person-centred care, support recruitment and staff development, and maintain accurate records.

We offer a full-time, 37.5 hour week with funded qualifications, a paid DBS, discounts, pension contributions and a range of rewards to recognise your commitment.
