The Salad Kitchen in London is seeking a confident, hands-on Team Leader to help run a busy shop on weekdays. You’ll support the Manager, lead shifts, and take ownership when the Manager isn’t around, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Mayfair or Canary Wharf locations offer varied, energetic environments. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality supervisory experience who is reliable, organised and eager to grow.

Qualifications

• Some experience as a supervisor in hospitality or a similar fast paced environment
• Someone reliable and organised who can take the lead when needed
• A natural team player who’s happy to support others and get stuck in
• Positive attitude and confidence dealing with customers and the team
• Keen to grow and step up in responsibility

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Manager with the day to day running of the shop
• Leading the team during shifts and keeping everything running smoothly
• Taking ownership when the Manager isn’t around
• Helping maintain high standards across food, service, and cleanliness
• Jumping in wherever needed and setting the tone for the team
