Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit you and the store.

As a Team Leader you’ll lead smooth shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise your team and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence while staying adaptable under pressure.

Costa offers £13.75–£14.75 per hour (location dependent), 50% discount on food and drinks, matched pension up to 10% and other perks to support colleagues.
