For this role, you need to be eager to learn and willing to grow. Therefore, you know better than anyone how important it is to coach your team so they can grow as well. This ensures an inspiring workplace for all of us!
Your passion is to, together with the team, give our guests a fantastic welcome. Although your focus area might have a fairly process-oriented and administrative angle, you are first and foremost there where the action is! You are involved in the work at the reception, but you manage your time so that by the end of your shift, all administrative tasks are in order. The schedules and hour registrations are accurate, colleagues are informed of what is happening, and if there is anything process-wise that isn't running smoothly, we can always count on you to find creative solutions.
Per shift, you coach about 2 to 3 employees. Since you are already multi-competent, it is your mission to ensure that they are too. From our perspective, our hotel, our living room, revolves around one thing; ultimate guest experience. With that in mind, you make every shift a creative, authentic, and special experience. If we have fun, the guest will definitely have fun. So you create fun, create an atmosphere that fosters engagement and openness. As a rising star, you will ultimately learn a lot in this role, from guests, from others, and from yourself! Together with your manager, you work on improving service quality and training Front Office employees to take it to the next level.
