The Manchester College is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Team Leader to champion the wellbeing and protection of our students. Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every learner feels secure and supported throughout their educational journey. In this pivotal role, you will lead and empower our safeguarding team, offering expert guidance, case oversight, and professional development. We have an exciting opportunity at our Wythenshawe campus to join us as a Safeguarding Team Leader on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Qualified to at least Level 4 in a relevant subject – e.g. Teaching, Social Care, Youth Work, Careers Guidance
• Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent
