Job summary

Radis Community Care are seeking a Team Leader for Stirchley House Extra Care scheme in Telford. You will supervise care workers, coordinate schedules and deliver personalised care for service users, ranging from elderly to those with disabilities.

We offer a competitive salary, mileage allowance, pension, structured induction and clear progression. A driving license and Enhanced DBS are advantageous, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required.
• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
• Driving license with access to a vehicle is advantageous; some travel may be required.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role
