Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage the endoscopy service and lead the team in providing care for patients in a safe and caring environment.
2. Ensure care is delivered in the most efficient and clinically effective way, maintaining patients' privacy and dignity.
3. Provide leadership, advice, and support to staff in the department.
4. Support the Theatre Manager in the overall management of the healthcare environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Be NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions on your pin.
• Minimum of 3 years of endoscopy experience.
• Hold BLS and ideally ALS certification.
• Knowledge of Joint Advisory Group (JAG) and CQC standards relevant to endoscopy services.
• Knowledge of all health and safety regulations and COSHH.
