Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to drive a busy shift, ensure the team has what it needs, and keep customers happy.

You will deputise for the management team, coordinate the team during peak times, and ensure the bar remains safe, compliant and clean while delivering warm, personalised service.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
