Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a compassionate Team Leader to support children and young people in a residential home in Little Addington (NN14). This full-time role is 42 hours per week, paid at £14.80 per hour, with fixed rota shifts across evenings and weekends.

You will need NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care (or be working towards) and experience supporting children with complex health needs.

• Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with complex health needs. • You must be available to commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis and candidates it is essential you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or be working towards the qualification.

Hours: 42 Hours per week

Pay: £14.80 per hour
