As part of the Council’s major new Homelessness Transformation Programme, this is an exciting role in which you will coordinate and supervise the work of 2 Reviews officers. You will manage a portfolio of review cases, ensuring the team provides high-quality and legally compliant processing of all review requests, issuing decisions within the required timescale. You will allocate casework to team members and ensure workloads are managed efficiently to meet targets.
You should have good leadership skills and experience managing a team in a public sector organization. Confident and experienced, you will be comfortable managing a team under high demand, keeping staff motivated and equipped with relevant expertise. You will possess in-depth knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation, as well as related laws and case law.
