Job summary

Cygnet Group in West Yorkshire is seeking a confident Team Leader to work across Norcott House, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will split shifts between support worker and team leader, supervise staff, administer medication, and help develop person-centered plans.

• Experienced care professional capable of supervising a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required.
• Support management in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe and clean environment.
