Job Description
As a Care Professional Experience Lead, you will be a key link between our care professionals and their journey with Home Instead Milngavie. Your skills in analysis will help tailor each client’s homecare service to exceed expectations. If providing excellent homecare and support excites you, this role could be ideal.
Every client is unique, so each day will bring new challenges. Our goal is to support clients in living the lives they choose, maintaining their independence as much as possible. You should have a good understanding of the needs of those requiring homecare and best practices in social care. You will be working towards, or have, a level 3 SVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills are essential. You will build trusting relationships with care professionals.
Care professional experience leads need to be compassionate, confident, and capable of modeling good practice. You will monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements when necessary.
This is a challenging role representing Home Instead Glasgow North.
