Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support residents and staff in daily life. In this Team Leader role you will lead a care team, encourage development and ensure high standards of care across day and night shifts.

The position is full-time (44 hours per week) with a rotation of 12-hour day and night shifts, alternate weekends, and requires medications training. A caring, inclusive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a care setting.
