Job summary

Care UK is looking for a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and staff in Towcester. You will lead by example, encouraging development within your team and delivering high-quality daily care.

This full-time role is 44 hours per week with shifts 8am–8pm, including every other weekend. The ideal candidate will show empathy, reliability and a commitment to growth within a diverse, inclusive home.
