Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to lead and support both residents and staff in daily routines. The role is full time, 44 hours per week, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm and alternates weekends.

You will play a key role in mentoring team members and maintaining high standards of care and safety across the facility. The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a growth mindset, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment and ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver with leadership potential and focus on team growth.
• Willingness to work 44 hours per week with day shifts.
• Able to work alternate weekends and long shifts.
