Job summary

Atlas Care Homes Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for Brownlee Court Care Home in Middlesbrough. You will lead the care team on shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, person-centred care and you will support staff with day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Previous care home experience is essential.
• Experience in a senior care or team leader role is desirable.
• Solid understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage busy shifts.
• Caring, reliable and committed to high standards of care.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a compassionate, experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Brownlee Court Care Home.

The successful candidate will support the management team in delivering high quality, person centred care while providing leadership and guidance to care staff.
